Oct 16, 2011 Awesome story! Always love to read good fic and this definitely fits the bill! The plot was good, the action balanced and the story flowed. All in all, an entrancing read and one that made me fall in love with Spike all over again! Please keep writing, you are quite good and we need all the decent fanfic writers we can get!

I have always loved the Spike and Dawn relationship, loved how you tied up some interesting spinners from the shows--Angel even stepped up and stopped being a jerk, Lorne--thanks for bringing his shining supreme coolness into the mix--your characters were well done--it fits, feels nice to hear them and they are true to self by your writing. I am impressed; didn't mean to read your lovely story and them I was sucked in WOW--yes I'd have loved a baby (I'm an excellent dutch tia) and I loved Tara and Xander and Willow--Buffy was almost sweet, tender, kind, and that was a lovely change for the better. Please write more for us to enjoy--you have the touch, Petite, it feels fine what you wrote, yeah, more would be excellent as this story. Fair winds.

Apr 30, 2006 BLOODY BRILLIANT! Everyone is acting in character, the crossover is handled with delicate artistry, and the timeline is true to both series. The plot is original and believable and holds endless possibilities for the future, and there is the perfect ending.

I'd recommend it to anyone! P.S u wrote the charecters so well, it was pracically like reading the script to a real Buffy episode. fantastic! well done! i hope u write more!

Do you think you'll make a sequel to this story? I mean seriously, you've got some mad skizills with this Spike stuff. You made it sound like a real BtVS episode. Joss Whedon should consider making a show or possibly a movie all about Spike, and use your idea, doncha think? Well, anyways, the story was awesome. I LOVED IT!!!!! :) :) :)

Aug 21, 2005 Hehe, that was great! Read it in one sitting it was that good. I love reading fics with Dawn and Spike friendship in, it's something that I wished had been developed more in the series but this eases that sore. Interesting concept with the Keeper of the Key and I liked how you added appropriate quotes from the show and kept the plot in check with the original stories from both BtVS and AtS even though things were AU. Though I thought it'd end with Spike going to Africa to get his soul and then the "I've got your back" happy ending; but still a brilliant ending to a brilliant fic.
The Buffy/Spike romance was very compelling. You really captured the passion and love Spike holds for Buffy and it was great to see Buffy reciprocate those feelings. I’m slightly disappointed that the other characters didn’t get more lime light but you captured the personalities of the main characters (Spike, Buffy and Dawn) so beautifully it don’t rightly matter that much. There’re a lot of other points I could praise you for but my memory is awful and I’ve forgotten the finer details but this fic was a definite nummy treat. Well done and cheers for an enjoyable read! ^_^+

Dec 11, 2004 I loved it! You stuck with the basics of canon (aside from the rape/soul thing) and created a story that was beautiful, tragic, believable and sweet. As much as I loved Tara, leaving out her horrible death would have taken away too much of the essential tragedy of the Buffyverse. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.

Sep 1, 2004 Terriffic. I started reading it at work and was so taken in by it I hopped on the computer and finished (all in one day, mind you) when I got home. Absolutely fantastic work. Only wish you'd make a sequel so we could see them head into Quoartoth. . .

Aug 3, 2004 Great Story, but if you read this can you answer me one question, sice Drusilla did not Sire him the second time was he weaker, it is experience that makes a vampire stronger but even though he had a different body he still had the experience.Also he would still of had the blood of the master in him even though he was dusted, right?
