Mar 28, 2010 This was a hard story to read because it was so hopeless. But realistic, I think, considering what hells they'd been thru. Well-written.

Dark, but in a believable way. Definitely one of the better written slash fics I've seen.

Feb 29, 2004 I'm still convinced that this is one of the best stories to come out of the 2003 Secret Slashas. It's dark and concise and to the point, and the present tense just makes it that much more immediate and tangible. Wonderful Spike voice, powerful story. Definitely one of my very favorite Spike/Wes stories ever.

Feb 28, 2004 I've read this one several times already. Don't exactly remember where now but every once in a while I come across it. And I read it again. And it *always* has the same impact. Dark and twisted and that ending... perfect.
